Posizione comoda di fronte al duomo e quindi in pieno centro storico. Di fronte c’è un grande parcheggio a pagamento, ma molto utile per chi arriva in macchina. Discreta la qualità del cibo della birreria sotto l’hotel . La birra molto buona. Sull’hotel niente da dire. Nota negativa della birreria invece è che mi è stata applicata sul conto, a mia insaputa, una mancia di 8 euro . La cosa strana è che nello stesso giorno sono andato nel pomeriggio per una birra e la sera a cena e solo la seconda volta mi è stata applicata la mancia. Credo la cameriera abbia fatto la furba, ma avrei dato volentieri la Mancia se mi fosse stato chiesto e se il servizio fosse stato adeguato.

Paulaner Am Dom was a great place to stay in Frankfurt to experience the beautiful Romerberg area nearby. It was quiet and very safe and parking was fairly close by but I wish it was closer and Paulaner communicated where it was to guests prior to arriving, especially international guests. I thought the room was pretty with its balcony and view (I got the premium room) but I wish the floors were more cleanly and the room had a bit more amenities. There was no A/C, which wasn’t a big issue since I went in April and it was colder out, but also there wasn’t even a mini-fridge and the bed felt more like sleeping on a cot. For the price and location, it was well worth it, though. I would stay again!

大聖堂が目の前で、フランクフルトのどこからもホテルの場所がわかる。歩いてフランクフルト市内を観光するのに便利。朝食付きで、ソーセージやゆで卵、ドイツパンなどたっぷりと食べられた。美味しいカプチーノを一杯ずつ入れてくれた。

Really enjoyed our stay here in Frankfurt. Great location, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms. Nice resturant downstairs and enjoyed hearing the church bells in the morning.

I like the older German charm and location the most. Only negative was the breakfast online said 7am and we had to leave for airport at 8 am. But when we checked in they said sorry breakfast don't start till 8am on weekends. So we kind of felt a little like we threw that money away. It was a shame my daughter and I was looking forward to that breakfast before we left and it was part of the reason we picked the hotel. The staff had 2 young ladies at the counter. Both of them were amazing and wonderful. Love this place will stay here every time if I can when I am in Frankfurt.

This place gave “youth hostel” vibes at a premium price. The room was very tight and very basic. There were no extra pillows and toiletries were minimal, my expectation for a room going for 300 tonight was a little bit more than what we got. The restaurant downstairs had great food for a great price. However, I was shocked to see them serve a gentleman who had been clearly passed out drunk at his table, and when he came to and asked for another round, they gave it to him! Unlucky for us, he was also a guest at the hotel, and was very loud at the early hours of the morning wandering the halls. Unfortunately, there was no staff at the hotel overnight to address the noise issue so we simply had to put up with it.

In the heart of Frankfurt
Friendly staff, clean room, kettle in room was much appreciated as not a given in Germany. My room had a balcony which was great. A little small and basic but fine for a short stay. Lovely, tasty and plentiful breakfast, very attentive service. Restaurant is superb.

At the heart of old town in Frankfurt
Nice decent accommodation, next to attached infamous beer restaurant. The location of the hotel is perfect. Easily accessible from train station and there is U-bahn / subway station nearby. The hotel itself is traditional style with majority wooden but already modernized with a elevator. The place is warm enough during cold winter month. Although might be a concern during hot summer day as seems no air conditioned; a theme in German.

Basic hotel with a great location
My mom and I stayed here for just one night before our flight home. The hotel is basic, and almost had the feel of a hostel (but with private rooms and bathrooms). The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. The location was excellent and close to public transit and sites in Frankfurt.

酒店位置好、歩行去到聖誕市場、交通方便。房間大、送早餐好食。唯一唔好是Receiption不是全日開。Check in之前一日通知我點様収key及點様開酒店門ロ入自己房間。Check out之後有行李寄存服務、但没有人看住、其他人拿去都沒有人知道很不安全。

Perfect for 1, very clean, great safe location
This space was perfect for one. A lovely comfortable bed, beautiful clean sheets and towels, the room was sparkling clean. The location was phenomenal- close walking distance (only 2 mins) to the Christmas Markets. A very safe location for a solo female traveler. Friendly check-in staff watched people entering the small hotel closely. Breakfast was very nice, a small dining room with a buffet of pastries, cold meats, cheese and cereal, and they made scrambled or fried eggs, and cappuccino or lattes to order, all included.

どこを観光するかによりますが、立地はいいと思います。また、レストランが人気のホテルで、朝食がかなり美味しかったです。 1番の問題はチェックインの難しさです。チェックインは外のボックスから自分で鍵を取り出す必要があります。前日などに案内が来ますが、読んでも実際にその場所を見つけるのに苦労しました。ボックスは目立たない作りになっており、私の目には入ったものの、配電盤だと思って鍵が入ってるとは思いませんでした。 夕方からフロントに人がいないです。レストランの年配の女性の店員に聞いたら、ホテル入口の所に行きなさいと強い口調で言われてレストランから追い出され、チェックインもできず途方に暮れました。その後、別の男性店員に頼んだらボックスを開けて鍵を出してくれて本当に助かりました。感謝しています。

Great location
Hotel is in an ideal location just a 2 minute walk away from the Christmas market. It is clean, our room was quite a generous size and although quite basic it had everything you need. Breakfast had a good choice and they cooked you eggs to order. The restaurant at the hotel serves excellent local food & is very popular so you will need to book in advance.
