'Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. 'Beautiful scenery over to the Waikato hills. Alpacas on the doorstep greeting you among the other animals on the property. The owner was accommodating, very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as fantastic as possible. He gave awesome tips about places to visit including the Nikau cave! The accommodation was very clean and tidy, and everything you could need was made available. I Would 100% recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.'

'When we arrived, our room had been damaged by a rock hitting the window and therefore were moved to a safer room immediately. When we were settled, the view was amazing, and all we wanted to do was spend time watching the ocean. If you are to stay here and watch the sunset, grab some cheese and a bottle of wine- nothing was more perfect. Everything about this place was perfect. Clean, friendly staff, delicious food, and great location. '
