Living Area
The heart of the home is a spacious, open-plan living area with comfortable sofas gathered around a cozy indoor wood-burning fireplace and a 70 inch TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer lovely views of the property. Cards, games and puzzles offer opportunities for your group to connect and compete.

Work Space
This the perfect place for remote work. High speed satellite internet from Starlink ensures a strong and fast connection. Relax on the couch with your laptop, sit on the deck with a cold drink, or pull up a chair to the desk or dining table. Need a printer? The HP OfficeJet 8600 will meet all your needs.

Kitchen
Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar stool seating—perfect for morning coffee or gathering together. A dedicated coffee station features a traditional drip coffee pot, single cup station, and also a Nespresso machine with a variety of flavored pods. Basic household spices, flour, and sugar are stocked. There are ample dishes, silverware, cups and mugs for your group.

Dining Area
The dining table has seating for 10. There is also a high chair for that special little cutie.

Bedrooms
The home offers a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group. The primary bedroom include a split king bed with an adjustable base and a private bathroom. There is a smaller queen bedroom and a fun bunk room for the kids that share the utility bathroom. The spacious upstairs loft has 2 queen beds and private bathroom. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms are perfect for a good night's sleep.

Outdoors
Step outside onto the large, covered wooden deck. It's the ideal spot to enjoy your coffee as you watch for local wildlife, including deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds. Your group can enjoy a meal under the ceiling fans at the patio table which seats 6. Additional seating accommodates your entire group with a love seat and multiple outdoor chairs. The spacious, grassy yard with mature trees leads down toward the water. Midway down is a fire pit and behind the house near the shop is a BBQ grill which uses wood or charcoal.

Laundry
The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom/utility combo. Laundry detergent is included for your convenience.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have private access to the entire home, the yard, and the deck. You are also welcome to enjoy the private dock which features a patio table and chairs for 6, a covered seating area and a side deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing and taking in the serene lake views.

Important Information
Although this is a beautiful lakefront property, please be aware that use of the lake itself (for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.) is not permitted. Camp Creek Lake is a private lake which restricts vacation renters from accessing the water. We invite you to enjoy the dock, however, as you experience the sights and sounds of lake life.

Smoking is not permitted in the house or the attached deck. Smoking is allowed at the dock, but no littering of cigarette butts is permitted.

Note that access to this property is via a 3 mile gravel road. Although the road is well maintained, your car will get dusty. When you arrive at the house, you will climb 5 steps to enter the deck leading to the front door. This house is not handicap accessible.
