'Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood.'

'There were some hiccups with the check in process but resolved easily by the management team. House was beautiful. Well thought out open design with all amenities needed for a big group, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked like 'being at home', and all of the beds were comfortable. Every item we looked for was in available and in place. The kids loved the games in the basement, as well as the adults..and the hidden...

'The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids! '

'Great location, big house and big yard. They have an area to keep dogs in and a larger area for them to run around. The house was clean and had anything you would need with grocery stores close by. The only issue was with the WiFi, while using the house WiFi I ran into https issues, if you don’t need WiFi for work this house is perfect. If you do need WiFi for work I was able to connect to an Xfinity hotspot. '

'We (my husband and I and grown children and grandchildren) came to visit my son who lives in Colorado Springs. We found the house to have plenty of room and lots for the children (ages 5-14) to do. The property feels like you’re in the country, but it’s 5 minutes to grocery stores and gas station, etc. We cooked in a lot since there were so many of us and while the kitchen wasn’t equipped with everything I would have, it was well stocked for a VRBO and we were fine. The host was very responsive...

'It was the easiest vrbo experience. Check-in and check-out was so simple and easy. You can just show up straight to the vrbo, no need to pick up and drop off a key. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The backyard was great. It’s about 20 minutes away from a really fun downtown area. The vrbo owners were incredibly kind. It was an amazing experience, and I’m so glad we picked this vrbo.'
