There is plenty of room for large groups of up to nine guests.

***Please be aware that the 4th bed is adjacent to the lounge***.

Guests can use lawn and gardens around the house, all other buildings are private and will be labelled as such. The stable, sheds and arena are also private.

We rent a second cottage on the property please respect other guests privacy and keep away from the area around it.

Franz Josef is a lovely mountain village with a vibrant buzz of helicopters and a variety of resturants and cafes. There are some nice bush walks, check out the Department of Conservation.

Car is the best way to get around.

Rubbish bins have a recycling and rubbish option in the pergola, please place in the appropriate containers provided.

Firewood provided if you wish to have the log burner going in winter.
