'The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. 'Redelijk hotel voor een nachtje als je op doorreis bent. Koelkast was stuk.

'Spider webs in the bedroom... Mix and match items in the kitchen cabinets. Missing items don't seem to get replaced. 5 fancy kitchen knives but no cutting board. A salad strainer but not a single bowl, etc. Damaged furniture (living room table). '

'Voor Zürich een heel deftige prijs, alles net en werkt, Enes helpt wanneer het nodig is.'

'Good location. TV not possible to use as there is no battery in the remote control. Bed lights are not possible to connect due to different standards of light power cables and receptacles. Balcony was not clean from garbage tissue paper. Overall experience is good due to good location.'

'The room would have been decent if it weren’t for the leaking air conditioning, broken door handle, lack of WiFi and no curtains. There is no reception or help available at the property, and to get in contact with the host you need to call a Swiss number (which simply is not possible with my phone plan and would have been expensive either way). Upon talking to some other guests, the WiFi had been out of service for multiple days. Would not recommend.'

'When we booked this property we received what was supposed to be the view and that view was not close to what we actually had. We were supposed to see the river but saw the apartments across the way. My first trip to Switzerland and the room was a huge disappointment '
