'Overall we had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. Whenever we had a question Mike and Holly were very quick to respond. The area around the home is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy. The first floor was a little warm during the day but cooled off very quickly once the sun went down. '

'Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. '

'We had a lovely stay in the A-Frame! It was such a an easy drive to nearby hikes and North Conway. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a campfire, a movie, and the Sonos speakers. We wished we had stayed longer, and will definitely be back!'

'Property was amazing. If you forgot something odds are the house had it for you. From toothbrushes to feminine products they thought of it all. Plenty of games and toys for both kids and your fury pets! Three steps out the back door and you’re standing on the river which is so peaceful and beautiful. 'We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

'We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. '

'This property was absolutely breathtaking! The home was spacious, I had amazing accommodations and was so beautifully decorated. As soon as we entered we felt like we walked into a comfortable new home! In addition to being the nicest VRBO that we have ever stayed at, it was a fantastic value and had so many amazing games for the children!
