Welcome to your Treasure Island oasis, the Jolly Roger! This delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Just a 2-minute stroll from the sandy shores, you can spend your days soaking up the sun and your evenings listening to the calming rhythm of the waves. Being that it is on the 2nd row, the Jolly Roger boasts stunning ocean views making it the ideal spot for a relaxing family getaway or a fun-filled friends' trip.

Beach Access: The home is located just up the street from the Treasure Island beach access point, a two minute walk or 30 second car ride. Plus there’s excellent fishing at San Luis Pass just a minute drive away!

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!.

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Another room boasts a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed set, ideal for families with younger children. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed set, accommodating additional guests with ease.

Looking for a bit more privacy? Head downstairs to the fourth bedroom, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed set and an additional bathroom.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
