'This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of...

'This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The listing was extremely accurate and everything was exactly as stated when we arrived. Check in was a breeze and the owner communicated numerous times throughout the process and was super responsive. The location was so close to the pedestrian beach it made getting the kids back and forth effortless. I will definitely book again for our next trip.'

'We were surprised and a little unnerved about the rattle snake habitat next to house. But all was good never seen a snake. Beach is A few steps away. My husband enjoyed watching big ships coming . Need some dishes to be able warm things in microwave. Smaller skillet needs replaced. But other than that kitchen was efficient. The doors to bedrooms stick. The one door is hard to shut.Furniture ok. The Queen bed is really soft you sink in the middle. No air in bedroom but there is a fan.'

'This is an excellent choice for beach access and fishing. Want to walk on the beach, you’re feet away. Want to fish? All the bait shops and jetty space you could ask for. The inside is really nice, feels like home. If I could have stayed forever I would have. Bonus points the the screen covered patio to keep bugs out. Only complaints was a tiny small roach problem near the sink and a rusty grill (owner said it will be replaced soon). When I am on Surfside, this is where I will stay.'
