The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area plus a private queen master suite with en-suite bath. Upstairs offers a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa and two family-sized bedrooms, each with two queen-over-queen bunks. Three full baths make busy beach mornings easy. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

The primary level opens to a bright, functional heart of the home — an open kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow together naturally, made for shared meals and easy evenings together. Just off the main space, a hallway full bathroom offers convenient shared access. Also tucked onto this level is the master bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own private en-suite bathroom — a peaceful retreat and a great option for guests who prefer to stay off the stairs. Climb up to the second floor and you`ll discover a bonus that group travelers love: a full-sized upstairs living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa that adds flexible bonus sleeping space when the group runs bigger than expected. A second hallway bathroom serves this level as well. Rounding out the top floor are two additional bedrooms, each outfitted with two queen-over-queen bunk beds — a smart, fun, and truly family-sized setup perfect for kids, teens, or friend groups doubling up.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
