Begin your day lounging on the oversized deck, which offers views of the ocean and the peaceful sounds of the waves. Then make the quick walk to the beach to work on your tan, build sandcastles, and cool off with a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. You’re also within 100 yards to a beach-front restaurant, a coffee truck, and a liquor store, all within a 2 block radius.

The Space:
Enter this home onto the oversized deck on the front of the house, where you’ll find adirondack chairs and a picnic table for you to fully enjoy the peaceful sounds of Surfside Beach.

Once inside, you’ll set foot into a large open living room, dining room and kitchen space, perfect for gathering with your fellow guests. The living room is furnished with a smart TV with access to all the best streaming services, a DVD player to enjoy the console filled with DVDs, games and puzzles, and enough seating for everyone to find their “spot” during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you could need during your stay. You’ll find plenty of eating space at the counter and dining room table for everyone to enjoy a meal together. We also have a drinking water filter in the kitchen sink and ice maker to accommodate for the distinct taste of Surfside city water.

Among the 3 bedrooms in the back of the house, you’ll have your choice of which room best suits your needs:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with smart TV. The en suite bathroom is a full bath with a stand-up shower.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with rocking chair and adjoining large closet.
• Bedroom 3: Twin XL bunk beds + separate full size bed, fully accommodating 4 people. Includes smart TV and extra chair for seating.

There is an additional large bathroom with a bathtub, which also leads to a full-size washer and dryer for your use.
