The master suite has a queen bed, a beautiful private bathroom with a separate vanity counter, a shower and a tub for a relaxing soak. Have a great night of sleep in the second suite featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle bunk and its own private bathroom. Finally, our fourth bedroom is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin trundle and across the hall is a full bathroom.
All bedrooms have a smart TV with high speed WiFi connection and Roku Guest Mode for your entertainment.
The kitchen has a new large granite counter space for preparing delicious meals and beverages (there are limited seasonings and cooking essentials). You will find dinnerware, pots and pans, and small appliances. The coffee bar counts with one K-pod coffee machine, a regular 10-cup coffee-maker and one French Press coffee maker for your liking- as a great cup of joe. The dining room has a large table that seats 6 persons with extra chairs and 4 stools in the counter space area.
While you are cooking or chilling in the living room enjoy the view of the ocean through one of the many windows. The living room has two couches, one of them is a full-size sleeper sofa the other is a regular couch perfect to enjoy your favorite movie / show.
In the outside you can relax and take a sun bath on one of our two lounges or share a “meal with a view” on the outdoor dining table. We didn't forget about your legendary BBQ skills, downstairs we have a charcoal BBQ grill.
Parking is available for up to four cars in the property.
When you come back from visiting the free-access beach you can wash the sand away in the outdoor shower located downstairs. Please remember that there are no lifeguards, please be cautious of the ocean and the wild life while you and your family enjoy the outdoors.
There is a $100 non - refundable pet fee per stay. Please be sure that you include your pet in your booking to avoid be charged after check in.
Limit 1 dog per stay max 30 lbs weight.

Enjoy fast and reliable internet from Xfinity/Comcast up to 600 Mbps (Storms may interrupt service from time to time, and we are not in control of loss of service, internet speed may varies). All TV’s have streaming option, bring your sign in information to access Netflix, Disney, and all your favorite channels through Roku Guest access, just select your checkout date and Roku will automatically erase all the signings and preference for your safety and peace of mind.
Amenities
Among our amenities you will find fresh linens and clean towels as well as a limited amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and a toiletries start kit.
Our house and linens are cleaned and sanitized for a worry-free trip. All mattresses and pillows are encased for health and sanitary assurance.
Our property has its very own water well and septic system and although it’s an environmental friendly solution it comes with its own limitations. The house has an state of the art filtration system to provide potable water to the house but please restrain yourself of using regular faucet water for drinking or cooking. A Reverse Osmosis system is located in the kitchen faucet to provide drinkable water, but feel free to bring your own bottle water.
Please refrain to dump hazardous chemicals, feminine product, or wet wipes (any kind) to the sinks or toilets to avoid damage to the septic system. ONLY SEPTIC SAFE toilet paper and products are allowed.
Basic First Aid kit and Fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink.
Our neighborhood is safe. Just remember that the beach draws lots of people so keep your belongings secure and the front door locked when you are away.
Note: There are no cameras inside the residence or in the common areas, we value your privacy. We do have an outdoor camera present on property as well an alarm system. You will receive instructions to arm or disarm the system.
That area of the island unfortunately have just one day for pick up trash, please give us a hand and place the outside trash bins in the curb on Sunday night, so can be pick up on Monday at 7:00 am.
