'The photos make the property seem like it was renovated but only 1/4 the property was. The pool is out of service and the continental breakfast is a joke. They basically put out a gallon of milk and 3 choices of cereal for you to choose from and a loaf of bread they bought from the local Kwik Trip. 'I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was truly awful and needs to be shared. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. There was dried sticky liquid on the nightstand, a filthy dresser, and a table covered in dried spills. The microwave had an ice holder with old, moldy rice and what looked like meat inside. 'I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us.
