'Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,...

'Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect.'
