'Hotel is being renovated but our room was not in the greatest condition. I feel like they shouldn’t have even rented out that room. It was missing toilet paper roll holder, the bathroom door looked like it wouldn’t close all the way and the tub was very dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, each bed only had 2 pillows. Most hotels will give you 4 pillows per bed, I was not expecting only 2 per bed. Leak coming from the window and from the lights in the bathroom around 11:30pm, and we were given a...

'Staff offered no info at check in for time of breakfast or where. Shower head so low the stream hit me in the abdomen. Shower handle came off when turning water on. Internet for television kept pausing so I had to turn it off/on to continue viewing.'

'Definitely not as advertised. But good enough for a bed and accommodating dogs. If you are picky, you’re probably not looking at this price point. But I can guarantee you’ll likely not be happy. If you just want somewhere to crash, then it’s fine.'

'Only complaint I had was the mouse or squirrel that was in the ceiling scratching away and waking me up a few times. '

It was late and I needed to get up very early so I asked to be put in another room away from other guests and my request was honored. After finally moving all my things I got a good rest. The final room I got was cleaner and the bed was more comfortable, overall seemed much better than the first room. They seem to cluster...

'The property did not look like the photos.'

'The pet policy allows 2 dogs but we arrived they informed that they allowed 2 dogs but only with a combined weight of 80 lbs. they would not let us stay so we had to find other accommodations after driving all day. We won’t be using Hampton Inn in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.'
