'I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.'

'Great place for a family weekend away from our normal busy life. Less than 10 minutes from places to order good food. We recommend the Swamp burger from Boondocks! Going home actually refreshed and relaxed after a family weekend is always a win! '

'Good location. It was more quient than expected because it is across the road from a school so I figured there would be alot fo traffic noise but there wasn't. House was very clean and well maintained. '

'We had a wonderful family weekend at LSU and this home was perfect for our stay. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely organized, which made meals so easy to prepare. The backyard was a great bonus our dog loved it and the neighborhood was ideal, especially since my dad could enjoy his morning walks safely each day. The location is also very convenient to the school. Overall, a great spot that made our trip relaxing and enjoyable.'
