'Loft room ok for short stay but we had booked 10 days the room is very small , had to leave our clothes in the suit cases which left them creased and a mess . Paid for car parking in the morning as we were out travelling out all day hotel parking always taken however got back after 6 pm for no charge but inconvenient .'

'We reserved a hotel stay. Reservation was paid, but a few days following, we received a text message from the management informing us that this establishment currently runs as a bed & breakfast. This was absolutely not what we wanted. We promptly asked for a refund on the basis of inapropriate advertising. Refund was denied.'

'Our stay was for 3 nights in a comfy double room. This type of room was up 3 flight of stays (No Lift) so not suitable if stairs an issue with cases. Room was clean and bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. Found bed not that comfy, but would stay again and try a different room. Full Breakfast was lovely and can be altered to suit. Evening menu could have more choice and not very generous for the price. Menu would be better if changes can be made and not so much fish on menu. All staff...

'Terrible! Worst experience in a hotel ever! The outside building and front look nice but it’s a facade. Our room was on the backside, you have to pass a trash area and an ugly fence to get there, feels like you are put behind in a shed somewhere. The stairs up to the room were dirty and worn out. A dirty cleaning towel lying next to our door. The whole room was worn out, paint coming of etc. The bathroom so small you couldn t use the sink when you had the door open. The shower was broken,...
