A couple of downsides: (1) the ceiling fan was making a fairly loud squeaking noise, so be careful if you're sensitive to sound and also want the ceiling fan on; (2) the shower water would not get hot, it would only get to slightly below body temp, so it felt cool, but not frigid cold.'
