'My family and I just stayed here this past week for my moms 65th birthday. The service as soon as we stepped out of our lyft driver was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and leis. Our bags were put on a trolly and rushed right up to our room. When we went to the lobby we were greeted warmly by Richard. 'There was a restaurant serving breakfast, but no complimentary food served. The staff were great. We had an issue with our room- and it was addressed immediately and in a very satisfactory way. I could not be happier with the lady(concierge?) that assisted, but she was so warm and friendly. She was really sweet and made our stay very pleasant'

'Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. There is laundry service but you can also do it...

'Ontbijt was weinig variatie. Miste brood belg als bv kaas en ham. Er was alleen ei of jam. Verder heerlijk van wat er wel was. Hotel is netjes en mooi. Personeel heel aardig. Kamer was ook mooi. Kleine koelkast in de kamer is ook een pluspunt '
