Close to everything! One of the most desired beach accesses is a mere 5-minute walk or less than 2 minutes by golf cart. Also very close by is the Beach Club area, with tennis, pickleball, pools, shopping, ice cream, pizza, and an arcade. You will find the marina, golf course, and Bonito Boathouse restaurant in the other direction. Fishing from the bridge is a very popular activity steps from the house. Gorgeous sunset views complete the package...you couldn't ask for a better location!
The main floor features a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bath, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk—both sharing a full hall bath. A cozy bonus room upstairs offers a twin bed with a twin trundle—ideal for quiet lounging or accommodating extra guests. All bedrooms come with large-screen smart TVs.
The open-concept living and dining area is designed for gathering and entertaining. It has seating for eight and a bright, welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes sleek stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a breeze. A full laundry room adds extra convenience for longer stays.
Outdoor living is just as impressive. Relax on the front or back porch, each offering plenty of comfortable seating. The front porch features rocking chairs and a dining table beneath three ceiling fans. The screened-in back porch is a favorite spot, featuring a fireplace table and TV for enjoying cool evenings or catching the game. A gas grill and a smoker provide everything you need for cooking outdoors, and a fire pit by the marsh—surrounded by Adirondack chairs—is the perfect place to end your day under the stars. There is a private outdoor shower with multiple shower heads and hot and cold water. The exterior is well lit - perfect for late arrivals after an action-packed day.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the 2-car garage includes bikes and a bike rack, multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas and canopies, boogie boards, scuba fins, beach toys, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball racquets, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
