  • De gast die de reservering boekt, moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn en moet aanwezig zijn voor de duur van het verblijf in de accommodatie. 2 Club gastenkaarten inbegrepen bij wekelijks verblijf Electrische golfkar voorzien High Speed Internettoegang 42 inch LCD TV met DIRECTV DVR Hebt u een rustig weekend of week uitje nodig?  Deze afgelegen boomhut is een geweldige plek om te ontspannen.   The Treehouse is een ontspannend uitje met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers dat 10 voet in de bomen zit voor een spectaculair uitzicht op het moeras.  Met ramen van vloer tot plafond is elke plek in de boomhut een prachtig oog in de natuur.  Zie vogels die over het moeras vliegen, Fiddler-krabben die in het zand kruipen, herten en wasberen lopen slechts enkele meters lager.   Ontspan op het grote dek in de frisse koele bries van het moeras. Het strand ligt op slechts een paar minuten afstand in een ontspannen golfkar voor 4 passagiers (inbegrepen bij een huurprijs van meer dan $ 250,00).  Geniet van het spelen van de twee uitstekende golfbanen of speel tennis op een van de 10 banen.  Fripp Island heeft ook 9 zwembaden om uit te kiezen, samen met vele andere geweldige buitenactiviteiten.  Je kunt zo veel of weinig doen als je wilt tijdens je rustige eilandvakantie.  Geweldig voor pasgetrouwden, jubilea, kleine gezinnen, golfers uitje weekend of zelfs voor een maand in de winter om het koude noorden achter zich te laten. Oproep voor de winter Maandelijkse tarieven. Probeer eens iets anders dan Florida voor de winter!

We loved this secluded treehouse! It was nice to be off of the beaten path and enjoy quiet mornings on the marsh. Upon arrival, we had a small leak in the bathroom and the dyer was not working. We contacted the property manager and the issues were resolved almost immediately! Great communication and a cute little place to unwind!

Island hideaway

The house is well suited for a family of three or four. We liked the location on the island. The views out over the marsh are so peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

Treehouse!

Excellent home to stay in for a nice quiet vacation! Beautiful views from the deck and inside the treehouse. Short ride to the beach, lots of deer and birds. The treehouse was furnished with everything you would need on a vacation.

A quiet change to crashing surf

Location is the one word that sums it up. Great sunrises and sunsets. Relaxing marsh views and within minutes of amenities. Classic minimalist treehouse design. Everything you need and nothing you don't. And always plenty to explore on the island.

Overall the property is pretty and has an excellent view. About 3 days in we were overrun with caterpillars. We were removing about 50 to 75 a night. I did contact the property manager whom responded promptly and I'm assuming they are going to try to fix this. It was extremely frustrating because they were coming out at night so we would spend a couple hours removing them before bed. It's hard to relax and enjoy your evenings when you are bombarded with bugs. The beach and the view were awesome... I can't say I would stay here again...

Delightful

The treehouse my brother and I rented was clean and comfortable and afforded a grand view of the Fripp Island marsh. When wind drove us off the beach, we spent hours on the deck. The place is small but ideal for two people. One caution: the spiral staircase makes it unsuitable for small children. Moreover, I wish the rental information had warned about the necessity of obtaining an amenity card from the Fripp Island Resort. Without one, you cannot eat at the restaurants on the island. The cards are difficult to get if you've not purchased one with your rental and are expensive. My brother and I did not get them but found good nearby restaurants off island.

We had a good stay here even though Hurricane Ian drove us away a couple days early. This was not my favorite spot on the island. The condo definitely needs some updating but overall it was ok. My biggest complaint was uncomfortable beds. (I know we all have our preference as to firm, soft, etc.) The complaint was that the mattress pads were too big for beds which caused a lot of wadded up lumps on the bed. If I had recognized the problem sooner I would have removed them. The property manager was very responsive and kept us up to date as the storm approached. Overall this was an OK stay.

Beautiful beach

The marsh in the lowlands is beautiful, the beaches and maritime forest are a nature lovers paradise. We have never been disappointed in the 48 years we have been visiting the area. From the cabins and houses on Hunting Island, now long gone, to Harbor Island and now to our first visit to Fripp. However, considering its location, and the implied standard of this house, we were a bit disappointed. The decor is very dated and drab and it has so much potential to be lovely with the full view windows. Once things warmed up, we couldn’t find instructions for the A/C but we finally figured it out. The deck is located in the perfect location to observe wildlife, but could really use a sun umbrella and new grill. The golf cart was a mess (pollen mostly) and I couldn't get the hose to work to wash it off , but I cleaned it as best I could. Finally, although the house cleaning crew had the beds made nicely, cleaned tubs and sinks, vacuumed the floors and provided clean linen and towels, the interior of the house could use a little updating for comfort and enjoyment. Please find another sofa! Our recommendations are always going to be Hunting Island, for shark tooth hunting, osprey nests, turtle activity in their season and the pier. We actually witnessed a bald eagle swoop down and steal a dead fish from the turkey vultures on the pier. Also, if you love birds, the migratory season is the best time to see them, especially at Port Royal Cypress Wetlands and Rookery. For food, we highl

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time in the treehouse!! It was so beautiful and we really enjoyed the wildlife! The included golf cart made it an easier trip. The outdoor shower (with hot water!) was enjoyed by all every day! The master bed was a queen (we thought it was a king) and we brought a baby gate for the staircase but the rails were farther apart than we thought so that was interesting trying to babyproof for the 15 month old. It would be a better vacation house for someone with older kids; our 5 year old was totally fine. Those are the only 2 things that weren’t perfect, so overall a very enjoyable vacation! We would absolutely come back when the baby is a little older!
