Het appartement lag op de 18de verdieping en 1 van de 2 liften was de hele week defect. Bij binnenkomst was het steenKoud en er was geen handleiding voor de verwarming. 'Clean and neat and good.. The attitude of some of the more elderly lady-staff was poor and somewhat rude.The younger ones including the lad who checked me in were polite and professional. Breakfast was pretty much better than expected. There was a guy called Tai who was very very professional and friendly.'
