'Een heerlijk klein en megagezellig hotelletje met 3 kamer. Super knus en heerlijk oude stijl. Hele fijne mensen en gastvrij. Heerlijk gegeten en super aanbeveling gehad om nog even naar Lacock toe te gaan. Aanbeveling voor koppels die een romantisch weekeinde weg willen!!'

'We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out...

'Een vriendelijk ontvangst waar alles liep zoals vooraf aangemeld. Mooi kamer, zeer goed ontbijt en overal een echte aanrader! Als wij terug naar Bath gaan, weten wij alvast waar wij willen verblijven.'

'Great room with lovely view, very friendly and helpful staff. Shower bit awkward to use and dripped cold water from ‘rain’ head whilst using other head. Great location for seeing sights and shopping, also quiet park on the doorstep. '

'Lovely quiet place to get away from it all. The food is spectacularly good with the menu having a wonderful amount of choice! The shower in our room went cold after only a few minutes (and stayed cold) but that was the only minor negative thing! Otherwise, superb!'

'Kamer was redelijk van afmeting en het bed was goed. Wel een betere kamer dan de standaard geboekt. Lobby en restaurant waren nogal gedateerde ingericht. De kamer lag aan het terras waar zich ook het enige en kleine raam bevond. Dus voor de ventilatie moest het wel open blijven. Gelukkig geen andere gasten `s avonds op het terras, want dan zou je geen oog dicht doen vanwege hun gepraat. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg, dus oordoppen mee!'

'I'm surprised they don't mention they're on the regular A1 airport bus route on the website. The USB sockets in the room seemed unreliable - the one on the TV worked some of the time; I was travelling light and couldn't bring a charger. '

'Ruime kamer die wat gedateerd is. Terras is niet onderhouden. Geen douche, enkel een bad zonder sproeier. Vriendelijke uitbaters en een lekker ontbijt. '

'Very nice B&B at walking distance from Bath centre. Nice spaces for relaxing and breakfast, friendly service. Only minor complaint is space in the room and price , but that is a general observation on traveling in the UK'
