It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. 'Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. '

'House was and smelled clean. Comfortable furniture and the fenced yard was great for our dog. I think it should be emphasized how close to town it is. Turn right out the front door and walk a few blocks and you are there! Also, Brenda was very responsive and overly patient. I bombarded her with questions when we arrived only to learn that an email that went to spam had answered all my questions. We would stay again. '

'We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again.'

'We stayed for most of the month of June. The home is in a great location with quick drives to trails or stores. Grand Mesa is about an hour away. Katie is quick to respond to any issues or concerns and you can tell that she cares and wants to make sure you have a great stay. We were able to bring our dog and she provided food and water bowls and a dog bed. That was so nice! "Tijdens onze roadtrip door Colorado in juni 2025 zijn we hier 1 nacht geweest en dat is redelijk bevallen. 6 jaar geleden waren we hier voor het eerst geweest (toen prima) en nu dus weer, maar de staat van de locatie is wel ERG achteruit gegaan in die 6 jaren. De kamers zijn mooi groot, maar de kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt. De chips en m&m's van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de kamer. Pluspunt: de bedden zijn wel erg fijn. Ontbijt was ok, niet bijzonder. Het onderhoud van het pand is wel slecht, vooral het zwembad en de algemene ruimtes en lift zijn toe aan onderhoud. De locatie is prima, aan de snelweg, maar ook redelijk dicht bij de mall van Grand Junction. Er is een groot buiten zwembad met een hottub, maar de staat daarvan is erg slecht. Wij zouden een volgende keer niet terugkomen en uitkijken naar iets beters!"
