'The carriage house was just as nice as the photos looked. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was nice as well. Right off of the highway with easy access to grocery, food, fuel, etc. I would definitely recommend this rental to all small parties.'

'This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly.'

'We came to Grand Junction for our annual girls’ mountain biking trip. This place was amazing! It is conveniently located, has plenty of space for a group including parking, the garage, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and very well-appointed. The hot tub was definitely an amazing added bonus! Anna was so responsive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!!'

'Our family came to Fruita to say goodbye to our Nana who had recently passed away. Mimosa Fields gave us a beautiful place to come together as a family to remember our Nana and celebrate her memories! The owners were very welcoming and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We will definitely recommend this home to all our family in the area and anyone who is visiting!'

'It was more of an excuse to go wine tasting. Cameron and Jen have a nice place there. The property was pretty well described. Our 5-year-old nephew got to go collect eggs each day for breakfast. We built a fire in the fire pit and made smores. We had no propane tank, but immediately after calling Cameron he brought one over and hooked it up.I think you would really enjoy the property.'

'The barn was beautiful - comfy beds, well equipped kitchen (and a cupboard with some essential items) and the appliances were terrifc. Comfy seating in the living room. Lots of extra blankets incase of a cold spell. The best part for my husband was the amazing grill. And the fresh eggs from their hens were quite a treat. We will be coming back!!'

'I rented this for a group of people for a retreat… it was near perfect! My only comment would be to sweep the back porch of all the dead leaves but that’s so minor! We loved it!'

'Spent a long weekend in the area after living there for over 50 years for a funeral service for my mother. With serveral family members attending it was more economical and pleasurable to rent a Vrbo and the Black Bear house was perfect for us. It was my 2nd time renting a vrbo and it was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to search visit Fruita property management inventory to rent on my return to the area again.'

"De kamer is OK maar de rest is een ramp. De service is nagenoeg onbestaande. Al je iets wil moet je erom bedelen. Bedden worden niet opgemaakt. Het (continentaal) ontbijt is minimalistisch van keuze. Men eet uit kartonnen borden met plastieken bestek en dito bekers. Het hotel is totaal onderstaffed: dezelfde persoon zorgt voor de check-out, het bereiden van het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt en het aanvullen van het ontbijtbuffet. Geen wonder dus dat bepaalde zaken van het ontbijt gedurende langrre tijd (20 minuten) niet aangevuld werden, bijv. sinaasappelsap. Als je een premium prijs wil betalen voor de kwaliteit van een jeugdherberg dan is dit hotel voor jou. Besluit: blijf er dus weg"
