Not much noise from others around and there was plenty of parking. I stayed in the suites and the inn was next door. The pool is in the suites but I didn’t utilize it. The breakfast options were adequate for continental.'

'While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.'

'The amenities that come with each room included 3 free drinks per guest and snacks and food during 5:30-7 happy hour. Pool was always jam packed as it was 4th holiday. The manager was always there speaking to guest and over seeing a real breakfast and the afternoon food. One day pasta with grilled chicken, chili and hot dogs and nachos.'

The room was spacious and clean but the AC unit ran funny (like an inconsistent rev of the fan) and had a damp smell that lingered throughout the whole room. I think a simple filter change would fix that. The smell you didn't notice after a bit. It wasn't a dirty smell but noticable intinially. 'The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. Overall it the stay was just okay, not great at all!'

'This hotel has age and isn’t the most maintained. Molding in the elevator was pulled loose. Ceiling in the bathroom had rust spots. The mattresses were on top of springs that were easily kicked. It was clean, just needs some updates.'

'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. 'Desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The room had dust on the shelves & the toilet would keep running after flushing, but was fine otherwise. The kitchenette was well-stocked and contained everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the A/C always kept the room a consistent temperature, which was great.'

'99% of the reviews on here are lies. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! BED BUGS!!! the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It isn’t disgusting. It is extremely disgusting. We moved to 2 different rooms. We requested a non smoking room. Both rooms had a stench of cigarettes and animal urine. The mattresses had bed bugs. And the staff was rude and refused to give us a refund. Expedia will also refuse to give you a refund if you book with this place. Check google reviews they are more accurate. Some fake one...
