Super relax !

Beautiful villa
We had a great week at Fuerteventura in this lovely villa. The garden, heated swimming pool and the space in the villa are great. The owner was available for us in a very pleasant and warm way. We would love to recommend this villa!

Prachtig huis, goed verzorgd, praktisch, heerlijke schaduwrijke tuin met groot zwembad en hamam
De foto's geven een hele goede weergave van het huis, de tuin en de hamam. Wij vonden het geweldig en hopen nog een keer terug te komen. Wij waren er in februari en buiten was het niet echt warm, maar als we in het zwembad lagen leek het wel zomer, zalig.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location
Four double bedrooms, a large pool, beautifully furnished and very clean, faultless! The location is quiet, amongst other villas but 2 restaurants and a mini market (and best bakery on the island) are 5 mins walk. About 5 other restaurants within 10 mins walk, but a fantastic open grill on the oven is great to bbq. Huge upper sun terrace, and poolside terrace, this place is even better than the pictures, we hope to be returning soon. Thank you Naomi.

Peace and quiet but walking distance to so much
The house is very thoughtfully designed and has an air of calm and quiet both inside and out. We were all a little weary and the weather was unkind at points but we had such a relaxing time. The beds are very comfortable, the whole house smelt deliciously herbal like a spa. Villaverde is a great place both as a base and a destination. There are lots of nice places to eat in walking distance and the bakery is lovely for breakfast. There are great places to eat in el cotillo and lejares and lots of independent shops selling beautiful things, all within a 10 minute drive. The pool was warm enough, whatever the weather, and long enough to swim properly. We had a lovely lazy rejuvenating time. Thank you so much. I would definitely book again.

Third Stay
This was our third stay at Casa Verde and the Standard was as high as it was used to be. Fabulous kitchen with additional devices to create your own vegetable juices. Outdoor surrounding kept lush and green, indoor very tidy yet also very homely. We hope to come back in the near Future.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben zum Jahreswechsel 2023/2024 8 Nächte kn der Vasa Verde verbracht und waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert und die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und bietet viel Platz und ein hohes Mass an Privatsphäre. Der Innenhof mit dem grossen Pool und dem sehr schönen Garten ist gut vor fremden Blicken geschützt und die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene und hat sogar eine Trinkwasserfilteranlage, was wir sehr gut fanden, weil wir so auf abgefülltes Wasser verzichten konnten. Insgesamt macht das Haus den Eindruck, dass es bewohnt ist (im Gegensatz zu manch anderem Ferienhaus), was einem sofort eine Art Gefühl von zu Hause vermittelt. Von der Dachterasse aus kann man das Meer, Corralejo, Lobos und ein Stück von Lanzarote sehen. Und natürlich den Sternenhimmel. Villa Verde hat uns auch gut gefallen. Hat genug Restaurants im Ort, die alle gut und besser als die in Corralejo sind. Wir würden die Casa Verde jederzeit wieder buchen.

The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay
We had a two week break at Casa Verde in July 22. The villa has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed chilling out around the pool surrounded by the beautiful private garden. The owner was great; very responsive to queries and gave us recommendations of places to eat. Nearby there are several v good restaurants (La Villa was our favourite) and a super bakery just a few minutes walk away where you can also have breakfast and lunch. There are two small supermarkets in the village and larger ones in Corralejo which are open on a Sunday.

Very nice villa
Very nice villa in a quiet neighborhood, very well kept and modern yet warm interiors. Large terasse with views until lanzarote. Pool is large and very well heated which came just right because of low temperature and windy days during our stay. Nice cafe and good restaurants give extra benefit. Would come back for sure.

Fabulous holiday!
We spent a very happy week at this beautiful villa in Villaverde. Communications with Naomi were very easy and she went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed before we arrived. The property itself is exceptional. Very spacious, fabulous pool area and terraces. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in. The local area is nice and quiet but walking distance to some lovely restaurants and a great bakery which was very handy. The property is within 15-20 mins drive of several fantastic beach areas and only about 30 mins from the airport. I would recommend hiring a car unless you want to spend more time relaxing around the pool... which is also an attractive option! We hope to return soon.

Perfect Villa for an amazing relaxing stay in Fuerteventura
We have stayed in the Villa early November 2021 for a week, with our 2 kids (10+12). The villa is at least as beautiful as shown on the pictures and description. Very well decorated, and well equipped! Located in a calm village (with all needed shops and restaurants) and not far away from many options to go to nice beaches. The villa was thus just perfect for a very relaxing week of holidays in Fuerteventura. We will sure be back! Important to mention as well: Contact with Naomi as landlord was very nice and easy. Her reactivity as well as her suggestions for restaurants etc. have been very helpful. Thanks again Naomi.

Amazing house for a wonderful vacation
We stayed in Casa Verde with our family (2 adults + 2 kids) for 2 weeks end of December / beginning of January and had a fantastic time. The house is superb, offers a lots of space, is exceptionally well kept, including the nice garden and pool, and is very well equipped with everything needed. The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood in Villaverde. The beaches in Corralejo and El Cotillo can be easily reached by car within 10-15min. The owner and housekeeper are very helpful and responsive in case of any questions. We can highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

A good sized villa for our family of 5 . Located in a village away from the main tourist spots , although all within easy driving distance, A relatively quiet residential area with good local restaurants. Paradise on earth
the villa is extremely spacious and well kept with a luscious garden and a marvellous kitchen. In the middle of our stay the house was cleaned by a cleaning person which was very nice. The local bakery is right around the corner and the best beaches only a half hour drive away. All in all a super experience.

Belle demeure avec de grandes surfaces et beaux volumes à proximité (15 minutes en voiture) de Corralejo, de ses plages ainsi que de celles d'El Cotillo. La maison est parfaite et très bien équipée pour huit personnes avec quatre grandes chambres et salles de bains. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Belle piscine chauffée entourée d'un jardin luxuriant, de grandes terrasses aménagées et même hammam pour les amateurs. La propriétaire est toujours joignable et disponible. Si nous revenons à Fuerteventura, nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner à Casa verde.

Relaxing Retreat
This was our second time staying at Casaverde. It’s a delightful home with a very private and beautiful garden and pool. The house is well equipped with a hamman steam room to boot. We love staying in a local village and having morning coffee on the roof terrace as the locals start their day. Then it’s a 15 minute drive to one of the prettiest beaches on the planet. The restaurant scene between Villaverde, El Cotillo and Corralejo is excellent. Naomi is very responsive if an issue arises (such as Wi-Fi for us). I highly recommend this property.

Above and beyond expectation
From the initial booking to day we left the villa the communication and information was excellent. The villa itself was beyond any of us could have imagined it was immaculately presented and the layout was suburb for both an all hands on deck meal in the evening or a bit of time on you own reading a book. The facilities at the villa are easily 5 stars; the bedrooms are large and comfortable, spacious bathrooms, fabulous kitchen with every gadget and cooking utensil you could ever need and a beautiful lounge to relax in after the sun has set. The outside areas of the villa equally match the level of detail given the interior, large wide open upper and lower terraces and the suburb heated pool. As mentioned by others who have stayed at the villa, a visit to the bakery is a must. There is a Supadino supermarket in the village which easily caters for all your food and drink requirements and it’s very cheap. We also made a visit to El Horno if you’re a meat lover this is the place for you. The villa also has several feline visitors 6 in total. Wow cat (the noise she make when requiring attention) the little ginger one and Curly (Spencer) are the most friendly. My wife (Susan) is a mad cat lady and always looked forward to getting up in the morning and seeing all the cats waiting outside. Thanks for a wonderful holiday in a quite exceptional villa. Upon arrival there were no other words but WOW!
From initial enquiry to checkout Naomi has been so attentive to detail and a perfect host! After arrival in the dark using nothing other than given written instructions nothing could have prepared us for the experience that was to unfold beyond the privacy of the high walled enclosure. The large electric gate opened to reveal ample shaded parking for our hire car with perfectly manicured gardens and a flat pathway leading to the entrance offering entry into boutique luxury. The spacious villa was immaculately presented with quality furnishing allowing us to immediately have the feeling of a special place to relax and re-energise. The kitchen is perfectly presented with all the requirements you could wish for, the lounge adorable and spacious with the bedrooms set up for comfort and dreams. After a very comfortable night the glorious sunshine paved the way for further inspection of very well appointed roof terraces with direct access from our bedrooms. As you descend the sweeping stairwell we once again appreciated the splendour of the kitchen and lounge with both affording a picture perfect panoramic window to a superbly presented outdoor seating area capped off with the most exquisite clean warm pool. As if this could not get better the villa then gives us a steam room that would happily grace many a 5 star hotel facility for both size and appearance, a truly relaxing gift. The bathrooms were well presented with quality toiletries and an abundance of hot water. The villa and host can only receive the highest 5 star recommendation from us, thank you Naomi for allowing us to rent your villa!!

An exceptional, luxurious and peaceful villa with an exquisite tropical garden
The villa more than lived up to its description and beyond. It needs to be experienced to be truly appreciated. A wonderful space beautifully thought out and designed to the highest standard by our great hosts who were most attentive and delightful. It's private and sheltered with I suspect one of the best private tropical gardens in Fuerte Ventura. Pool is warm and big. The steam room a fantastic asset, very well designed with every detail considered such as a shower within the steam room. Even a twinkling starry ceiling. Great touches throughout the villa such as the outside shower by the pool. Bliss. Areas to sunbathe out of the wind either just outside well appointed double bedrooms (very comfy beds) and also a great sheltered area by the pool. The kitchen is state of the art with every gadget you could ever want and there is a very comfortable sitting room which is centred all around a palm tree outside which makes the place feel unique. We cannot recommend this villa more to those seeking somewhere truly special, that feels very much in keeping with the volcanic environment with its of use of stone, colours with cleverly designed areas and angles picking out the very best views. The villa is well located and we loved exploring this extraordinary island with stunning landscapes and spectacular beaches. We adored the friendly cats that visit the villa and amusing ground squirrels that we discovered on our march up the volcano and we particularly enjoyed the snorkelling. Thank you very much for looking after our every need. We hope very much to return.

Chilling in style
We arrived on Saturday evening, greeted by the cats and wandered around the villa - it was amazing. Then in the sunshine on Sunday, it became even more amazing - the pool is excellent, sun all day, the kitchen is a treat to prepare meals, a Hammam to finish the day before settling down in the lounge. The villa is easily accessible, less than 30 minutes from the airport (and if you read the villa itinerary) and easy to find, 20 minutes from Carralejo and El Cotillo and the rest of the island is within easy reach - not that we did that as we just stayed in the villa and chilled. Waking up and watching the sunrise over the magnificent landscape everyday, chilling around the pool, swimming, a Hammam and finishing with a walk around the village. It’s a short trip to the Superdino supermarket (very well stocked) so you don’t really need a car or to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Naomi was always available via WhatsApp or mobile, and her team of Fernanda, Will and Eugene, were very nice and friendly. Communication with Naomi was excellent from the point of booking to when we left - as a customer experience, it was excellent. A wonderful villa and location, suited to visiting the island or just chilling around the pool as we did. This is certainly a lovely place to be and stay, and I hope to visit Casa Verde again next year!

Beautiful Oasis!
Casa Verde is a beautiful home with a lush pool garden that is a true oasis in the middle of the beautiful but arid landscape of Fuerteventura. We started our days watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace and had evening cocktails there as well. The village of Villaverde has a true local feel but also a modern SuperDino market and a couple of terrific restaurants (El Horno and La Campesina). The bedrooms are comfortable (with a/c) and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beautiful beaches of Corralejo are only a 20 minute drive away. Naomi was immediately responsive when we realized the fridge wasn't working properly and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this property!

Wunderschön!
Wir waren für eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa Casa Verde und sind wirklich begeistert! Die großzügige Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wirklich sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und alles ist vorhanden, so wie beschrieben! Die Küche, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind TOP! Der Außenbereich ist einfach nur grandios! Der beheizte Pool ist hervorragend und lädt zum Planschen und Schwimmen ein, die Palmen und die ganze Bepflanzung sind wunderschön. Es sind genügend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Obwohl wir keine Dampfbad Gänger sind, haben wir den Haman einige Male benutzt, wenn der Wind etwas frischer war :) Für Haman Liebhaber ist es wirklich eine Bereicherung! Villaverde hat eine tolle Lage, man kann von dort aus alles schnell erreichen, egal ob zum Frühstücken nach Corralejo oder zum Sonnenuntergang an die Westküste. Wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte, sind die Restaurants in Villaverde auch zu Fuß nicht allzu weit weg und kann einfach vor Ort lecker speisen. Casa Verde ist nur zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Thank you Naomi for the uncomplicated handling of our stay ♥

Great family holiday in a luxurious villa.
Just returned back from a lovely relaxing stay at the wonderful Casa Verde. The villa itself ticks every box and has all the amenities you could wish for, from an excellent kitchen, four tastefully designed bedrooms, a comfortable lounge, two terrace areas, lush garden, great pool and to top it all a steam room. Naomi has excellent taste and style which shows throughout the villa and was extremely helpful throughout our booking and stay. The location is ideal for local restaurants, bakery and supermarkets and only a short drive to Correlejo and the great beaches at El Cotillo. Fuerteventura and this particular villa is idyllic. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wir haben zu viert 10 Tage in dieser perfekt ausgestatteten und großzügig angelegten Villa verbracht. Der Pool und das Hamam waren hervorragend, die große Küche mit Eßtisch super gemütlich. Alles war sehr gepflegt und in tollem Zustand. Der schön angelegte Garten hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful villa in a good location
We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. We were a family of 5 with three teenagers and it was perfect for us to just relax and do not very much! The villa is very spacious and stylish and well equipped. The heated pool is a good size. The location was good for us - it's a short drive to El Cotillo (lovely beaches) Corralejo and La Cancela pizza restaurant in Lajares (recommended!) The bakery at the end of the road was also a big winner!

Wonderfull property in quiet but central setting
Great, spacious and luxurious property in good condition. Modern equipment and appliances, everything works fine. Lovely terrace with good size pool, lots of plants and protection from the wind. Especially loved the hamam to warm up again after spending the day surfing. Quiet setting, conveniently located just 15 min. drive to the beaches of El Cotillo. We had a great stay and will try to come back in the springtime.

Simply wonderful!
This was my fifth time renting this wonderful house. The garden is great with different corners to sit, very impressive trees and plants, the rooms are nice and tidy, the kitchen well equipped, the living room very cosy, the sauna very good and the distance to beaches and nice villages like Lajares and El Cotillo max 20 min drives. Also close to the airport. Fernanda who takes care of the house is very friendly and helpful. I would book it again!

We had a won two weeks in this villa. It was really well equipped and lovely and clean upon our arrival. Naomi was incredibly helpful all the way through the booking process, on the run up to the holiday and also during - a wonderful owner!! Lovely 5 mins walk to the local bakery every morning for a coffee with lots of fab restaurants and supermarkets close by - Casa Marcos was a fantastic restaurant and within walking distance! Amazing villa with great location
We have just returned from a week at this lovely villa. It's in a great location, only 20 minutes to a lovely beach and 15 minutes into a great town with many shops and lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant (Casa Marcos) which is just down the road and you can stroll down there and have a wonderful meal, but best to book as very busy but lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. We eat there twice during our stay. There is also a lovely bakery in a cafe just down the road which is definitely worth a visit daily.! Nothing worth changing here, all great. Naomi was really helpful from start to finish. Weather was fantastic, everyone had a great time here. We will be returning one day.

Wonderful villa, relaxing, good food
Lovely, clean and relaxing villa. Everything needed was there. The boys loved the pool and we all enjoyed the steam room. Good local restaurants within walking distance and also in the older part/marina end of Corallejo. Boys did the dune buggies. We all climbed a volcano. Was quite windy when we were there but the pool is sheltered so made no difference. We all wanted a rest and sunshine and that's what we got. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect relaxing week in the sun...
A very relaxing and quiet week in this uniquely configured and excellently appointed villa. The pool and surrounding patio provide a perfect area to enjoy the afternoon sun or shade, as we preferred (we also caught the morning rays on the first floor terrace). The kitchen / dining area is to an extremely high specification and is great for a cool lunch out of the sun or evening games post supper. The four of us rattled around the villa which would accommodate eight with no problem. To top matters off, the bakery that is within a stone's throw is friendly and the selection of bread and pastries added to the holiday as well as our waistlines. Good restaurants, all in easy striking distance, and a super base to explore the north of the island or further afield if you can drag yourself out of the pool. Einfach nur grandios!
Wir haben uns von den Bildern und den uneingeschränkt hervorragenden Bewertungen leiten lassen und dieses Haus gebucht. Nach der Buchung hat sich Naomi all unserer Belange und Fragen sehr liebevoll angenommen und diese immer unverzüglich beantwortet. Nach Ankunft in Villaverde (unser Navi bzw. wir litten wohl ein wenig an Orientierungslosigkeit), hat uns Naomi per Telefon zum Haus gelotst. Angekommen, Haus aufgesperrt und was passierte: Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sauwohl. Das Haus ist noch besser, als es auf den Fotos zu erwarten ist. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es ist alles sehr sauber. Mehr möchte ich über das Haus gar nicht erzählen, denn das wurde in den vorhergehenden Bewertungen schon ausführlich getan und dem können wir uns nur anschliessen. Hervorheben möchte ich den fantastischen Hammam. Wir haben diesen jeden Abend wirklich zur Entspannung genossen und zwischendurch natürlich immer ein paar Runden im beheizten Pool gedreht. Fazit: Dieses Haus ist unbedingt zu empfehlen und wir hoffen, dass wir es nochmal in Naomis' Paradies schaffen werden.

Casa Verde - a wonderful place of peace andluxury, nicely furnished with a great pool and garden
We had two wonderful weeks at Casa Verde - this is a perfect place to spend much of your vacation on the roof terrace, at the pool or (in case of windy or cloudy weather) in the nicely funished living room - or to come back and relax and enjoy this marvellous house after having had good time at one of the great beaches of the North-East or North-West coast. Beaches are very easy to access if you have a car and from Villaverde you can choose every day which beach to enjoy on that specific day - all within some 10 to 20 km. Casa Verde is very well equipped and all room are spacious - if you are staying with a larger Group (>5), there is still enough room to enjoy peaceful places. Afternoons at the pool have been marvellous and cooking in the kitchen has been much fun - you will find everything you need, very high quality. Casa Verde is certainly a great place to stay - we will certainly like to come back again.

A fantastic villa set in a beautiful location
The villa was beautifully designed with modern facilities and very comfortable beds. It can be found in a quiet and peaceful location which is just what we were looking for, so was ideal. It took a short time to drive to Corralejo and we also visited some lovely villages in the hills. A lovely stay and we would highly recommend this villa as a tranquil retreat.

Fabulously luxurious villa with all mod cons and perfect for island relaxation!
Rocked up at Casa Verde, happy as can be Two weeks of peace ahead of us, paradise it will be First to wow us was the pool, glistening in the sun Then off to tour this fancy gaff, this will sure be fun! The kitchen's a dream, the bedrooms too, the sunken lounge is cool What a glorious place this is in the sun ... err, did I mention the pool? Shopping was an experience, we did soon find a store Mercadona, SuperDino and the local shop, we couldn't want for more Russ and Katie came to stay; our friends from way back in Blighty We went down south on a jeep safari which gave us a big frighty! The jeeps went off-road for six full hours, we felt every jolt and bump The views were awesome, the beaches too, but the sheer cliffs made you jump! Gatronomes can feel at ease, in this foody wonderland From El Horno, Vieja and Hotel Mahoh, the food is never bland And down in Corralejo too, at the mighty Bahia Real Las Columnas served a Michelin treat, in the shape of a divine meal Touring the island by rental car is the way to really explore North to south, east to west, you just see more and more From old town Betancuria to lovely Pajara; every town's so sweet Back to Antigua and Caleta too, everywhere's a treat Dad, Chris & their girls also stayed; to soak the rays up too A weekend lounging by the pool, such times are sadly few What a relaxing time we've had, chillaxing in the sun Recharging our worn out batteries, but our hols are nearly done Thanks Naomi for your fab retreat, to which we will return Armed with a few more Spanish words, and many more to learn.

Luxury and style
A haven of luxury and style.Spacious villa equipped to five star standard. Whilst the photographs of Casaverde are accurate and enticing it is difficult to do justice to this magnificent property. It is exactly as described by the owner and other reviewers. Immaculately clean and presented like a superior show house. Owner contact was through an "app" and by regular telephone calls, all information delivered in a timely and most courteous manner, outstanding customer sevice. Two restaurants in walking distance (although one was closed for the holidays for the duation of our stay!) El Horno very good with enormous portions and a short five minute drive away the excellent Hotel Rural Mahoh. Two supermarkets nearby provide for all other needs. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting something " a cut above", perfect for an adult group or larger family wanting a tranquil haven but without isolation. Already looking forward to returning to Casaverde.

Had an amazing stay at Casa Verde. We went away for half term and wanted a relaxing break in a nice villa. Upon arrival met by a delightful lady who showed us around and gave us a breakdown of all the amenities and how things worked. After a quick unpack had a drive down to the local supermarket and fruit shop would highly recommend a few steaks to cook if you do not want to go out on the first night. The pool and the area around are a lot bigger in real life and the beds are very comfortable, shaded area is perfect if you do not want to hit the sun all day but still be near your family. The rooms are a great size with very comfy and good size beds, I am 6 feet 5" and find some beds just really not suitable for me but not here the bathrooms and shower rooms are perfect for a small party (only 3 of us) and would also be ample for a larger party. The drive into Corralejo is only about 10 minutes and well worth heading down there in the evening for some really good restaurants down the far end. Fresh bread and wonderful pastries are available in the local bakers a short 3 minute walk down the hill and well worth popping down there every morning. For a relaxing stay and to stay in luxury for a week or even longer you couldn't ask for a better place. The Hosts Naomi and David are very helpful and kept in really close contact, the staff of the villa are really friendly and the mid week clean and pool cleaner are very good and really do not get in the way. Had a fantastic stay, we always judge our holiday by the fact if my daughter cries....... On the way back to the airport the tears were flowing and she didn't want to leave. Thanks again Casa Verde you done us proud.

Fabulous luxurious beautifuly appointed house!
Villaverde is very luxurious, and comfortable and is clearly not a rental but a property that the owner uses, as it has been furnished to such a high quality. The house is large and airy, and very light. The kitchen is fabulous with a great hob, and nutri-bullet, coffee maker, and big fridge freezer. The sitting -room with UK tv channels was a big plus- esp as we had a big football match to watch! The pool is perfect, and the garden is secluded and peaceful. We particularly loved the steam room and used it daily, at the end of the day, before dinner. The location is fabulous and we loved coming back to the peace and luxury of the villa from days out. Naomi, the owner, was very helpful and easy to contact. Nothing seemed too much trouble to her to make our stay there enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Fuerte. It is a real gem, and we will definitely book it again
