You will have the entire studio to yourself during your stay.

You are welcome to use all in-room facilities, including the kitchen, unit bathroom, and balcony.

The building’s common areas are shared with other residents. Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise or lingering in shared spaces.

＜Other things to note＞
・Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the room and on the balcony.
・Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
・Security cameras are installed in common areas such as the building entrance. There are no cameras inside the room.
・Commercial photography and video shoots are not permitted.
・Other residents live in the building, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night and early in the morning.
・If the key is lost, a fee of JPY 3,000 will be charged for replacement.
