Knew it is unmanned apartment thus has pre-contacted to re-confirm sufficient bath towels will be provided, e.g. 1 set per guest x station days, but turn out only 1 set per guest was provided and was told to wash it by using the apartment washing machine.
Secondary, it only provide 6 pcs hangers for 3 guests and was being rejected when requested for more. As long as provide washing machine for guest washing convenience, in addition, requested guest washing bath towels by themselves, it is absolutely unreasonable only provide 2 hangers per guest.
I have experienced other same type unmanned hotel apartments in Tokyo & Osaka, all provide dairy bath towels replacements and sufficient hangers.
Thirdly, after pre-registered guests passport data, the Apartment sent a return auto-mail provide a QR quote but without explaining what is the purpose of the QR quote.
All in all, it is over price for such poor services hotel apartment besides the described room size and setting are similar with the booking web-page.
