'Breakfast was delicious. They served a full breakfast food was delicious. Meal was served on warm plates. The owners are a lovely couple.'

'The room was really clean however there was a lack of hot water for a shower at night and in the morning and bugs in the hot tub when we tried to use it at night other than that it was an excellent getaway nice warm fireplace nice shower and being downtown near restraints museums and the waterfront made everything within walking distance overall I would gladly go back again probably will in the near future'

'This a sadly neglected gorgeous old building. It felt like staying at someone's grandma's house. Dust, cobwebs, generally dirty, previous guest's food crumbs on the kitchen floor, dispensers in the shower completely empty, no milk and cream in the fridge as advertised. Passive aggressive garish signage about the "rules" all over the room and property. Way overpriced. Only redeeming quality is location. '

'Great value! Not much in the way of amenities, however the quality of the space and service exceeded my expectations. I will stay there again. Limited array of breakfast options was adequate and sufficient despite 'tight' the seating area. Enlarging the space is recommended. But overall, I was satisfied with limited expectations on a business trip.'

'Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. '

'Second night stay, room smelled like sewage. Got a second room and bathroom had sewage smell. The gym equipment is broken and barely works. Cables snapped off. Should Not advertise fitness room If the equipment doesn’t work or isn’t maintained. Staff was excellent and food is good. Would stay again but prefer rooms that smell good. '

'Brockville Best Western was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The building has been recently purchased, so the u[grades are still being done. The rooms are clean (no bugs) and well supplied.'

'This property has an excellent location directly on the St. Lawrence River. Our room had a partial river view, as did the breakfast room. There is also a boardwalk that can be used by all guests. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast included homemade muffins, as well as a range of hot and cold items. '
