'Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead.'

'The property was wonderful for everyone having their own space but still having a large area for everyone to gather. We loved the pool. It was perfect for small children with a shallow end that they can stand up in and steps on both end and in the middle. We loved all the areas that the family could gather outside and the large living area inside. We will definitely book the house again.'

'The house was amazing and as detailed in the posting. Very close to the beach and all the happenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch was amazing and listening to the palm trees and ocean waves in the distance was very soothing and relaxing. The host was very easy to contact. 'Overall experience was great! The entire property was clean and was exactly as presented online. We especially enjoyed the picnic table outside. The A/C system works really well! LOL...we actually had to adjust the temp for a a couple of cold people in the group! We would definitely recommend staying here and would probably book it again!'

'We loved the condo. She takes great care of the condo and was very helpful with any questions I had. The condo is in a great location and view of the gulf every morning and night was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. We will give references to anyone looking for a great place to spend a vacation. The stairs were a bit much for our age, but we got some good exercise in. Lol. Everything we needed was in condo. Thank you again Kourtney for making our stay memorable.'

Although the cleaning crew and maintenance could have paid closer attention to a few things.. stuff in disposal with bad odor, mirrors smeared as if they thought to clean it but didn't, downstair bathroom shower head barely had water pressure, inside floor tile was pretty but surprisingly slippery and used for a place so close to the beach and lastly comfort and this is only a suggestion, lounging was not the best it could have been to sit...

'Cute little place to stay with lots of games and entertainment for both young kids and adults. Short walk to the beach through the neighborhood or short drive on a golf cart. Lots of stairs so if you have an elderly or someone with bad knees I would not recommend. I am in pretty good shape and felt a bit sore after spending 3 nights there. However, other than the stairs I have no complaints. Had a very enjoyable time!'
