'First i would like to thank Barbara and her husband for their hospitality, amazing people and very helpful. The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. 'The staff were amazing - super friendly and super helpful. The woman who checked us in (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) provided lots of useful information and helped us to plan a perfect day in the mountains. Everything in the hotel is super cute (heart themed) and the breakfast was great. We could not have been happier with our stay.'

'We picked this hotel because it has some rooms with a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It is quite a hike to the hotel from the train station so you may want to take a taxi to the hotel with your luggage. Breakfast was good and breakfast room had big picture windows with a view of the Madderhorn. '

'Het hotel is modern ingericht met grote kamers alsmede extra faciliteiten zoals een fitnessruimte en een spa. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch met allerlei soorten yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, vers fruit, brood, kaasjes, vleeswaren en jams. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Helaas was het tijdens ons verblijf ontzettend warm in het hele hotel. Dat had niet onze voorkeur. '

'Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn.     "We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket. "
