'The lady at reception on my arrival was amazing. I had card problems, the chip was not working. She had alot of patience and worked with me until we figured it out. I had to take the bus and the metro to get at my destination, she wrote down everything I needed to do to get there. Amazing sercice from this lady.'

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime en prettige kamer met een mooie grote badkamer, inclusief badjas,föhn etc. Mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten op de kamer. 'The staff was fantastic and the building and space was a wonderful experience! Breakfast was lovely and the location was incredible. Our only issues were the wifi didn’t reach into our loft room and the couch/bed in the relaxing area of the room wouldn’t turn into a couch on one half. '
