'Mooi huis met toch een beetje uitzicht op zee en op de bergen. We hebben hier een leuke week gehad. Huis kan buiten wel wat opknapwerk buiten gebruiken (een likje verf op de ramen) en keukenvoorraad een beetje uitbreiden (rasp, wijnglazen). Via het agentschap hebben we een paar leuke tips voor uitstappen ontvangen, waarvoor dank.'

'De vakantiewoning is in de advertentie goed beschreven. Alles is aanwezig en werkt naar behoren. Guiseppe is zeer behulpzaam met tips over o.a. trips/restaurants. Een absolute aanrader wat ons betreft !'

'Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.'

'We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!'

'We really enjoyed our holiday in this villa. It is spacious, clean, very comfortable, everything you need to have a marvellous holiday are available. On top of that, the view from the villa, on top of the hill overlooking the see, is magnificent!'

'Schoon appartement op een locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Links de vallei Ala Toscane en recht voor je de zee. Sommige zaken in huis zijn inmiddels versleten. De woning heeft een klein beetje TLC nodig.'

'Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

'We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house'

'Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.'

'La delusione è stato all'arrivo, rispetto all'annuncio online compreso foto dove non si capisce l'ubicazione, è stata la posizione dell'alloggio. Da quello che è stato detto e visto dalle foto l'alloggio doveva essere a piano terra, invece al nostro arrivo dopo averci mostrato il bellissimo giardino con piscina ci hanno portato giù per la rampa (quella che sarebbe per andare in garage) dove è stato fatto un miniappartamento con tutti i servizi, il primo impatto molto angosciante è stato il...

'Eine schöne Villa mit schönem Garten.Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit den Kindern und Enkeln ( 1-5 Jahre) auf der Terasse verbracht. Das Meer war direkt hinterm Haus.Einfach herrlich . Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang pur. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Spart viele Kilos Gepäck.Auch sonst gab es viele sportliche Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Kanu..) und auch ein Grill. Super!An den Bädern könnte mal was gemacht werden.'

'A house with the garden right at the beach. Just open the gate and you are there. A perfect and unique beach holly day spot!! ( no plastic) We stayed there from 1 until 10 July, with 5 persons and loved it. Only Italian families on the beach and it seemed that we were the only foreigners. The house is big enough for 6 people, 2 big bedrooms and one smaller. It is well equipped with glasses, plates, pans, wash machine, etc etc. The 2 big bedrooms are facing the sea with a balcony. 'Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. The mountains that surrounded the property were glorious and the beach(es) in the area were so beautiful. I hope to return to see Anna and her family again and I thank them so much for helping me...
