'This room is absolutely worth the money. It was so clean, gorgeous and unique. We loved walking to a cafe for breakfast and a tapas bar for a late dinner (all details in the book in the room). There were complimentary coffee pods and water bottles in the hall. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.'

'Outstanding old mansion converted to B& B has quaint bar attached. Fabulous breakfasts made to order sweet or savory. Very 1890's but modern amenities. Royale room had private roof top deck, and claw foot tub! Staff very friendly. Quiet neighborhood easy walk to Capitol. '

"Tijdens ons verblijf was het zwembad gesloten vanwege een defect. Onze kamers waren netjes maar we moesten zelf de slaapbank gereedmaken en vragen om beddengoed.
Restaurant later op de ochtend niet netjes maar dat ligt aan de mede hotelgasten. Hotelbar is erg ongezellig.
Omgeving is niet prettig. Veel verslaafden en vooral 's avonds zorgt dit voor een onveilig gevoel. 16th street mall is een grote teleurstelling. "
