'Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant.

'We stayed in a family room. The hotel is very quiet and clean, staff was friendly and polite. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and old town. The only downside there is no elevator that stops on the 2nd floor and we had a few heavy suitcases. But got some help with carrying them to the room from the hotel staff. '
