Our spacious 3300 sq ft vacation rental accommodates 10 guests with 6 adult beds and 2 child beds. Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 cozy living rooms, it's your home away from home. Enjoy your time inside and out with an expansive deck and firepit overlooking the surrounding mountains. Located near Pine Creek, Ole Bull State Park, and Cherry Springs State Park, and with ATV and Snowmobile Accessibility - adventure awaits. Plus, the night skies are perfect for stargazing enthusiasts!
The main floor boasts modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen with an inviting island and a dining room. The grand living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, Smart TV for entertainment, and split heat and a/c unit for comfort. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with a rainfall shower, and split heat and a/c unit. You’ll also find an additional half bath and convenient laundry facilities on this floor.
The ground floor is perfect for relaxation and rest, with a second living room with a Smart TV and four comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a Queen-Sized bed, the second room holds a King Bed with workstation, the third provides a Queen bed with two child sized built-in bunk beds and the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed with a Single Bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes this level.
Stargazing is a must, whether from the property itself or nearby Cherry Springs State Park. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Pine Creek, Ole Bull State Park, and ATV and Snowmobile Trails.
We provide a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags but please bring any additional supplies you may need for your entire stay. Linen and towels are included. Enjoy coffee with your choice of a coffee pot or Keurig. Stay connected with WiFi and take advantage of parking for your ATV or Snowmobile.
Please note that cell service can be spotty in the area, and AWD/4WD vehicle is required from November to April for your safety. For security and the safety of our guests, we have an outdoor security camera with audio to monitor the front side of the home and entry door.
Guests are solely responsible for knowing and following all current DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) rules and regulations regarding ATV use in the area.MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. is not responsible for providing updates on DCNR policies, nor are we liable for any violations, fines, accidents, or injuries that may occur while operating ATVs.We strongly encourage all guests to check with the official DCNR website or local authorities for the most up-to-date rules before riding.
