'Our stay at Cinco Hotel was phenomenal from start to finish. We were warmly greeted on arrival and personally escorted to our room, which set the tone for excellent hospitality. The room was comfortable with great AC, a TV for watching the World Cup, and ample storage including a fridge. The in-room safe was small but fine for passports and valuables. 'Nice, friendly people working in the small hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Made to order breakfast daily. Wi Fi good. Do your homework to understand the location and how to get there. By all means use your navigation. Area was safe and convenient. Allow for heavy traffic at some times.'

'Stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved every moment of it. They set up a taxi to take us from the airport to their accommodations. Upon arrival staff was helpful and hanged on to our luggage until our room was ready! We ordered some drinks and chilled by the pool. They helped bring our luggage’s into the room and we felt right at home. The water worked perfectly fine, the AC was brisk cold and the bed was very comfortable. 'The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and a mall and is in the hip district of Zona Rosa. Even though I gave a tip of $20 they charged me for two bottles of water one of which was already in the room and the other I asked without being told that either was not free. The breakfast was small but filling and the servers were kind and jolly. There was free parking which was great. The neighborhood is safe.'

'To be honest this was better than I expected. I truly recommend it. Breakfast was great, they have a few options if you mind eating the same thing every day. I almost didn’t book my stay here, but I decided to not let those bad comments get me. I got to see how people complain literally for nothing and being rude for no reason. Staff was great, it was clean and I was happy with breakfast.'
