'The breakfast is always excellent. They could switch it up a few days maybe add some biscuit and gravy a few days a week. 8 had a problem getting my room clean. I didn't know they clean room every day. Staff did not tell me this, so by the 6th day of my room not be cleaned and no toilet paper and garbage stacked a mile high I was a little upset. When I called the front desk to ask the the lady explained that they cleaned the rooms every other day and said it was my fault for putting up the do...

'I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix - Tempe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was clean and well maintained, and I appreciated how comfortable everything felt. I also used the gym during my stay, and it was nice to see that fresh towels were readily available. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and the level of service provided. I would definitely plan to return the next time I visit Arizona.'
