'I booked a single-person room in this hotel, with free parking at the hotel. It started with the parking. There was no parking space at the hotel. Everyone had to park their car at the public parking in the harbor, which was always full. 'The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. '

'We had a wonderful 2 week stay here. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. 'Het inchecken viel wat tegen.ik had lastminute een luxe appartement geboekt en kreeg een gewone kamer. Toen in de man van de receptie daarop attent maakte heeft hij wel wel het prachtige appartement gegeven. Voor de rest was alles naar wens. Ontbijt ook heel goed. '

'What a wonderful stay! A beautiful, restored old palace in a perfect location in Gallipoli. We received a wonderful warm welcome from the whole family.
