'I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 '

'Lovely characterful hotel in a great, central location. Really enjoyed the early morning walking tour of Jaipur that the hotel organises. It was one of the highlights of our stay in the city.'

'Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

'Very friendly environment as expected from Zostel. Tosif isvery friendly '

'Het hotel is al wat verouderd, slechte geluidsisolatie, je hoort de straat constant. Daarnaast is de algehele staat van de kamers wat verminderd. Personeel is verder behulpzaam '

'Traumhafte Woche in Jaipur in einem märchenhaften Palast mit extrem netten Personal. Wie aus 1001 Nacht.'

'"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were...

'Vriendelijk personeel. Behulpzaam'

'Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Fern Residency in Jaipur. The rooms are modern, immaculately clean and all amenities provided. Staff is prompt, attentive and efficient. The restaurant food is top quality and delicious.'

'Great'

'The rooms are all right. The management is not considerate and the lobby is not clean with flies and dust all over and dogs to add to the mix'

'Extremely friendly staff, will come back again. Good location '

'Absolutely did not like the room. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Very noisy. Could not sleep at all amidst bus horns and other noises on the street. No noise barriers in the room. Very uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Staff service was still good'

'A great stay with helful staff, clean rooms and usually warm water for showers. '

'Breakfast was good not so nice but ok '

'The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. '
