Luxe vakantiehuis aan het strand in Pointe West

Ervaar een adembenemend en vrij uitzicht op de oceaan in dit luxe vakantieverblijf. Heldere en open plattegrond, woon- en eetgedeeltes komen uit in een groot balkon met een compromisloos uitzicht op de oceaan. De retraite van de eigenaar heeft een eigen balkon met vrij uitzicht op de oceaan, groot bad met aparte douche, tuinbad, dubbele wastafels en een grote inloopkast. Voeg nog twee gastenslaapkamers toe, met een eigen badkamer en een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de baai. Chef's keuken is voorzien van granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten, compleet met koffiezetapparaten, broodrooster, mixer .... het is gemakkelijk te begrijpen waarom dit huis aan het strand de ultieme vakantie-uitje is!

Breng uw dagen door in dit resort, zwemmen, wandelen, kajakken, fietsen, vissen en cruisen. Verken drie mijlen gouden stranden en blootstelling aan Bayfront. Geniet van de zon naast het dramatische overloopzwembad of geniet van uw zorgen in een bubbelend bubbelbad. Bereid uw eetlust op in het fitnesscentrum of bevredig het bij het zwembad in The Pointe Restaurant. En later, dans de nacht weg onder de sterren in The Pointe Bar, onze lounge in de open lucht. Our family has made many trips to Pointe West over the years, and Stay Salty was by far the best view of any of them. The outdoor balconies are comfortable and inviting. The interior is updated and modern. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking for large groups. We also loved the extremely close access to the beach.

We stay in Pointe West a lot and this beach house will be one of the favorites. It was perfectly located on the beach with amazing views and was nicely renovated. A lot of the houses provide wagons to carry beach gear so it’s good to know this one does not have one so bring your own. We will definitely be back!

Nice property. Two issues to give feedback about: 1. I was locked out and it took much insistence with VRBO (and at least 2 hrs) to solve this. It would have been wonderful if these problem could have been included in the contract (so many detalis were explained, how about including this one: how to avoid or solve if this were to happen?) 2. One night we had very noisy parties going on from two of the neighbors. Called the police at 2 am and they did not show up. What would be your suggestion? Again, perhaps include this situation in the contract!). Thanks.

Booked a last minute trip for our family. Loved waking up to an ocean view every morning, loads of space to cook, eat and gather and easy access to walks on the beach. House was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. Only complaint is that our stay was too short!

We love renting this property to close out summer, and it’s our second time renting. The location is perfect. My favorite aspect of this house is the ocean view. We always feel relaxed when we leave. The property was immaculately clean. Communication with the owner was great.

We had a great labor day weekend gateway, a super short walk to the beach, the beach toys were a great surprise for the kids and the ability to use the club properties was a huge plus when the kids wanted pool instead of bech.

We are regulars to Pointe West multiple times per year. Had been staying in larger homes as our group has grown. We stayed in this property several years ago and loved it so when our first trip this summer was going to be just our family and my wife’s godparents we looked up this property to book again. The updates they’ve made since our last stay are wonderful. Our favorite part of this property is the view laying in bed in the master. Fall asleep to looking at the moonlight on the the gulf. Owners are fantastic communicators as well. I’m filling this out as we just made it back home and trip let down already set in. We will be back!

This is a wonderful house to rent! First of all you are in a wonderfully kept area at Pointe West. All the properties there are lovely and well maintained. The house is on a quiet street and is ocean front. The views are stunning and you would never tire of looking at the view from the master bedroom, living and dining room. The covered decks are a wonderful place to hang out. We were very impressed by the coastal decorating. The house is bright and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is wonderful! This is a great beach house and we would definitely come back again and stay and stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at the house and enjoyed the community and clubhouse amenities. The balcony views were stunning and the mosquitoes were not present in the upper level balconies. House was great and met our needs. Communication with property manager was wonderful and easy.

This house was perfect in every way for our family, which includes two kids in elementary school. The ocean views were gorgeous, and we had a delightful night enjoying the sunset while playing a game on the balcony. The bottom floor was a surprise bonus because there is a large yard area and great place for grilling burgers. The decor inside the house was casual yet sophisticated and comfy. Everything was impeccably clean. We have rented a ton of places, and this house was our favorite by far. We hope to be back soon! We also rented a golf cart from Rick’s. It was fun for the kids to take joy rides around Pointe West and came in handy when we wanted to visit the pool and bar, although we didn’t need any transportation to get to the beach because it was so close to the house. I also highly recommend Rick’s for a golf cart rental - they delivered and picked up to make everything effortless. Bottom line - this place is worth every penny and was so difficult to leave! Pointe West is our favorite getaway from Houston, and we now found our favorite home!

Wonderful house and location! Fab and responsive hosts, even when difficulties they were quick to keep us informed and fair in response. Would definitely come again, this home has an absolutely gorgeous beach view and such a different feel than staying further East. Had everything we needed for a great stay and easy checkin procedures. Loved how uncrowded the beach felt in front of the home also. Also such a nice bed in the second king bedroom that I quite literally came home and bought myself a new mattress… 🤣

House is small but it accommodated every one perfectly. We loved the view, loved the sunrise; loved the deck. It was a great experience. The club house was ok, food at the restaurant is not the healthiest, and it’s a drive to get to the club house. But overall, we had a great time here. The host was super attentive, the kitchen was perfect, and there were no problems or concerns
