Maak blijvende herinneringen met uw gezin in dit prachtige 3870 m² aangepaste strandhuis in de prestigieuze subdivisie Sands of Kahala. Prachtig ingericht met moderne accenten, deze ruime woning beschikt over hoge plafonds met een overvloed aan ramen die in natuurlijk licht brengt het geven van het huis een groter dan het leven voelen. Met alle vensters die u ontvangt ook een prachtig uitzicht op het strand vanuit bijna elke kamer.

De kok in uw familie zal genieten van de chef-kok keuken, uitgerust met twee ovens en mooie granieten werkbladen. De keuken is open naar de woonkamer en eetkamer, zodat u kunt koken met uw gezin in zicht of vreugde in het prachtige uitzicht op het strand.

Er zijn twee master suites op de eerste verdieping met uitzicht op het strand en de toegang tot het dek te bieden. De andere vijf slaapkamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping, met inbegrip van een aparte woonkamer voor extra entertainment.

Geniet van het grote overdekte dek met je 's ochtends koffie en kijken naar onze wereld beroemde eiland zonsopgangen. Het is ook een geweldige plek om te pak een lunch of genieten van een koel drankje na een dag op het strand. De onbedekte lounge dek is net onder de grote overdekte terras en is ideaal om te zonnebaden of het kijken naar de golven rollen in op het strand.

Maak je klaar voor een zorgeloze familievakantie in dit huis met een prachtig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Of je nu houdt van zandkastelen bouwen, zwemmen in de Golf of werken aan uw tan, het strand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw hele strand activiteiten emmer lijst te vervullen!

Dit een van een soort huis is ideaal voor grote gezinnen of uitgebreide families. Het is slechts een korte rit terug naar het centrum van Galveston, maar ver genoeg van alles, zodat u echt kunt ontspannen op uw eilandvakantie.

Onze excuses, maar Gary Greene vakantie niet in staat is om deze voorzieningen te waarborgen zullen werken tijdens uw verblijf en is niet in staat om terugbetalingen te bieden voor verstoring van deze diensten.

It was Perfect!

As a Board, we meet once in-person annually. We are a group of 7 and this rental was perfect. Every member had the privacy they deserved. The views of the ocean were beautiful. We also had the luxury of meeting indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. It was a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect!

From Barbie Dream House to Roach Motel

This property and location is beautiful. The house has lavishing decor throughout. The views and location were phenomenal. The size was perfect to comfortably accommodate 12-14 guest and still allow everyone to have privacy. The decks, private beach, grill were enjoyable. Our only issues was roaches in the kitchen, living room and eating area. We killed about 8 of them the first night. We contacted the host who had someone come out to treat the home within hours. It is appreciated but the experience had us on edge most of the trip. It was hard to relax. We paid too much money to have to stomp roaches in a million dollar home. The cleaning fee was expensive so I don’t feel we got our money’s worth. There were traps in the pantry so the host knew it was an issue before we arrived. The hot water in the shower of the master suite on the west side of the home didn’t get hot either. That wasn’t as big of a deal as the roaches though.

Some things didn’t work ( coffee maker, kitchen outlets, smaller oven). Everything else was great. Had a pac and play and high chair for the baby. Really could have used an elevator though.

Paradise on the beach!

This was a fantastic place to stay for myself and 2 other families. Plenty of space. Location was amazing...close to grocery stores and restaurants, and being steps from the ocean was great. A few things in the kitchen need updating. The dishwasher was broken: the shelves barely held dishes and the top sprayer was broken off and laying on the floor. The small oven and griddle don't light. A few fun board games and puzzles, but no beach toys...make sure to bring your own buckets and shovels! Overall was a great, relaxing, and fun vacation on the beach.

Birthday Bash

Location fantastic-it stops there! We stay in Galveston every year with family and I do my research on the homes. We also stayed in another house on the same street as this one last year but we had more coming this year and needed a bigger house. I do normality leave a review. DO NOT STAY HERE! This home is stuck in 2004! No updates and dangerous- gas stove that wouldn’t light without using a long lighter. House filled with gas before we found this out. Safety gate at the top patio not there as in the pictures. We had small children that we had to make a makeshift gate for. Electrical plug fried and put the power out to 1/2 the downstairs.Electrian couldn’t fix it due to extensive damage. Management would not bring extension cords or help. We had to go in the pouring down rain to get equipment to help us through the next couple of days. Just a general unkemptness throughout the house. Debris outside from past repairs, cords hanging out of the walls, ladders and extra in the laundry room, dilapidated appliances. No way this home should have been a rental. If it didn’t fall in business hours Gary Greene the management company was no help at all. Out of the 20 years we have been going to Galveston-the worse so far!

Our Family Vacation

The location was beautiful. Perfect area, little street noise, quiet, private beach, and amazing view. A few things about the house itself. None of the bathrooms are handicapped compliant. A wheelchair does not fit through the door, and does not fit into the separate toilet area. The listing says that there are minimal kitchen supplies, but there are plenty of large pots and pans,utensils, plates, and a Keurig. We brought our own not knowing these things were already there. Also, there are plenty of chairs on the decks. We brought several fold-up chairs also not knowing there were already several chairs available. We had several things either broken or not working at all.Both of the master suites on the lower level have lights above the bed that are not working at all. They both have jetted tubs. One of the jetted tubs does not plug up, so you can't fill it with water, and the jets themselves do not work. The other jetted tub does work, but we had to use a flat-head screwdriver to lift back up the plug to drain the tub. Several of the blinds either did not properly go up and down, and some were falling off of the top of the window pane. One of the bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed does not have a closet, and has a minimal dresser. We will definitely stay there again, these things were not deal breakers. But it would be helpful to update your listing to include these things mentioned so people can plan accordingly.

It was a grand home with a huge amount of bedrooms. A perfect layout. Location was wonderful…away from the tourism but close enough to get into it if we wanted to. The house has a fabulous kitchen. Great for large get togethers. We’ll be back!!

Spacious home, gorgeous beach location

The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. 6 adults and 4 cousins age 6-10. Each individual family had plenty of private space and there were 2 separate inside gathering areas to keep everyone comfortable and happy. The beach was an absolute highlight. The outdoor deck and patio areas were perfect. We purchased and/or brought our own beach toys, towels, and beach tent. Some of the furnishings getting a bit worn and though the oven was large, the main oven door didn’t close completely affecting cooking times//temps. Overall, the house and all its amenities met our needs well, helping us create a wonderful family memory of Galveston.

Disappointed

This property must have been photographed years ago! It is listed as a "Premier Property" and it just did not meet up to those expectations.... couch in main living room is actually coming apart. .kids were afraid to sleep in bunk beds because of missing slats...toilets continually stopping up (wondered why there were plungers in every bath room!?) Bottom of dishwasher was in pieces! Tub in one of masters is NOT for bathing...it is a hot tub for two people with faucets against back wall so you have to climb in just to turn on water...definitely not suitable for older adults. I actually hate giving this house a bad review, because it has good bones and great location, but just isn't maintained well .....

Enjoyed our stay

This was the 6th time we have stayed at this house. It works well for our extended family get together. The beach is always in good shape and this year there has been some furniture updates that was nice. My only suggestion would be to replace/repair the dishwasher and ice maker.

Highly recommend

We are a blended family and had a large group to accommodate. The house was extremely comfortable, the kitchen perfect for cooking for a big group, the bedrooms pretty and private. The house looks exactly like the photos. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the water is just steps from the back deck. We had a service deliver chairs and a canopy to our beach every morning and it was just perfect. The location is great as it’s not too far from downtown Galveston and there are also a few really good restaurants nearby. Waterman’s and Coopers were both very good with excellent fresh seafood. The house is also a very short walk down the beach from a fun beachside bar; the Tipsy Turtle, where several of our young adult children would go for a drink and a few hours of fun. All in all it was a much better location than staying further down the island. We will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Location saves the day!

Best beach location I’ve ever had. However, property is sorely in need of some TLC and some disclaimers on the description. Ice maker not working; Viking stove ovens don’t work, grill and griddle don’t work. Draperies in main floor bedrooms are sad!! Two plastic chairs on deck are broken and should be trashed before someone gets hurt. Worst of all is the dishwasher, the bottom rack is in several pieces making it difficult to say the least to load. If the location hadn’t been perfect I would have asked for a discount.

Fabulous house

We had a wonderful experience and the house was perfect- right on the beach. The leasing company was very attentive- though we had a frustrating problem that the maintenance man didn’t fix- the smoke alarm would go off. ALL 3 days we were there we had an alarm going off briefly at a horrible hour! On our last day, it went off at 4:30 and 5:00am! But besides that frustration, it was fabulous!

Spring break

We had 5 couples and 4 children 8-12 years old stay a week. Everyone had a bed, it didn't feel crowded. It was wonderful having the 2 decks right on the beach. The old folks could sit on the deck and watch everyone playing. I initially felt it was over priced but after our wonderful stay I'd do it again.
