The Master bedroom has a king and ensuite full bathroom with a shower and a tub.
Master #2 has a king and full bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has 1 full bed.
Bedrooms #4 has two bunk beds, all twin size.
One additional full bathroom on the main floor and one downstairs.

Driveway can fit up to 4 regular cars.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
