'The room wasn’t what I had booked and the word suite at this hotel is if you get a couch. The staff was very nice and helpful and did give up a refund for the other 3 nights I had booked so we could stay somewhere that fit our needs.'

'The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.'

'Don't be fooled by the early '90s decor, this is a lovely hotel where you're greeted with a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie after a long journey, making you feel instantly welcome. The personal touch at DoubleTree is truly charming. While the room feels a bit outdated and the air conditioning/heating makes some odd noises that might keep you up at night, overall, it was a pleasant stay.'

'This was my first time staying and so glad I did. The manager and everyone working there were so incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone had a smile and you could tell loved working there. The place itself is cozy, quiet, clean, and the food through the restaurant attached delicious. You must try the cheesecake!!! This place is a gem and would highly recommend staying here.'
