Room was a bit dated…. Beds were definitely worn down… no microwave in room… we were thrilled to see a coffee maker, but it turned out not to work. I requested another one… it too, was broken! Staff didn’t ask us whether we got the coffee pot or anything about it. Didn’t even ask how our stay was. We went to go use the pool and it too was closed… maintenance… this was not mentioned on the website, nor at check in… the only saving grace was Wanda in the Alcock and Brown restaurant!! She was amazing and very kind! She made us feel like family and not hotel patrons! This hotel needs some updating… we left disillusioned…
