'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Staff were all very nice, breakfast was very good, we didnt request makeup for room but hotel left a bag of fresh towels, coffee capsules outside door. Very pleasantly surprised. View and room was great, overall very satisfied. '

'The rooms were remodeled in 2025, very clean. They have a laundry room which was great, but they were coin operated. We had zero cash/wons and it took 2 hours to find an ATM that I could get money from! There is a waterfall across the street, but not a lot walking distance. We rented a car while on the island. Super cute place! '

'Ik had dit hotel gekozen omdat het een resort-hotel zou zijn. Daar heb ik niet veel van gemerkt; je kunt je laten masseren en het heeft een buitenzwembad, dacht niet echt schoon uitzat en weinig uitnodigend uitzat. Nu was het wel vrij koud (17 graden), dus ik was sowieso niet van plan erin te gaan. Het restaurant was belachelijk duur. De prijzen waren vergelijkbaar met restaurants in Noorwegen en dat terwijl Zuid-Korea normaal een zeer goed betaalbaar prijsniveau heeft. De inrichting van...

'손님 맞이도 상쾌하고 청소하시는 여사님들 서비스 응대가 역시 백종원 선생의 다짐처럼 의욕이 넘칩니다. 특히 아침부페가 가격대비 넘치는 수준입니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 빈 접시를 보고서도 바로 바로 치우지 않고 여성분(조금 뚱뚱?) 프로정신을 발휘해 주셔야 될 듯 싶어요. 동료 남성분께 잔소리 하는 모습도 불편하니 일 하기 싫으시면 그냥 손님 주변에 얼신거리지 마셔요. 다음 방문시 그 여성분 지켜보겠습니다. '

'Spacius room, great location to go to the market in the evenings and use as a base for daily trips. The only thing this hotel really does need to do, is renew the carpet in their halls. This gives a total different, un desired atmosphere in the hotel. '
