'La habitación era muy bonita y estaba todo muy limpio. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos caminando desde la estación pero el camino es agradable, está rodeada de tiendas. Llegas y te vas por tu cuenta, lo único que no nos agradó fue que solicitamos que no nos dieran servicio de limpieza pues dejamos cosas importantes dentro y aún así entraron. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bien, es agradable para pasar la noche'

'This is a great place! It’s so well located that it is a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Right in the center of Lucca, with places to eat all around, including a breakfast bar right downstairs. Valentina is both friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions you have. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We overlooked the main street, which was not noisy at night, and the other side of the residence overlooks the main square of the city. Highly recommended!!'

We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. After contact them through the email they provided on the wall and waited for a while somebody came and opened door for us and gave us the correct code.'
