'Great hotel, clean, friendly staff'

'Helaas hadden we pech en kregen we een kamer met bedwantsen…. Vele beten gaven huiduitslag en ontstekingen die pijnlijk waren en en erg jeuken. Check je matras voor je in bed gaat liggen. Dat hadden wij achteraf gezien ook moeten doen. '

'This is our second time staying at this hotel for our trip to Indy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We love having the extra room suite space. I will say the elevators were super slow this time around but I do think there was a large family staying for a wedding so more understandable. 'This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in.
