'This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. 'Check in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the carpet, bathroom, furniture, and bed. The bed was very comfortable, almost too comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Parking garage is very secure. I would definitely stay again!'
