'Pet friendly and nice location.'

'Need to have pics of the neighborhood! This location was not good at all!!! Me and my wife didn’t even go in/check in! Was charged 311 for a night to risk my life! Smh'

'The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. '

'Stacey was great to work with, She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house was very clean and everything was fine.'

'We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We...

'The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.'

'The listing for this property is not accurate. There is not a grill nor a fire pit. It also lists dining for 6 but there are only 4 chairs. In addition, it lists a desk chair, but there wasn’t one. There were no towel bars in the bathrooms to hang the bath towels. No hand towels were provided. The property needs a deep clean. There is also an ant problem as well as an issue with fruit flies. The proximity to 440 was convenient.'

'The location is great if you are going to the Lenovo center, the fairgrounds and downtown. The backyard was fenced in with ample room for the dog to use. One of the beds had no box springs and a super cushiony mattress so it had no support and you could not roll over in it without it making a lot of noise. The house is in need of new painting, repairs (the bathtubs stop drain did not work, missing hand cloth rack…). The house rules were a bit ridiculous filled possible fines.'

'Clean, great location, check in and check out were easy, l'

'Very close to everything in the area.'

'We loved our stay! We were in the area to visit NC State with our daughter. The location was perfect to get a feel for the area. The house was also adorable inside! We were so pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware. The beds were comfy and included high quality pillows. And to too it all off our host was so easy to communicate with. Checkin and our stay were seamless. Parking was very convenient.Given the opportunity we will definitely stay here again!'

'Very convenient location. Nice comfortable home .'
